The entrance to the development is a lobby composed by a central esplanade decorated with bodies of water and green areas. Connecting on one hand to a Commercial Area divided into two levels and on the other hand to the Corporate Lobby.
It has 17 floors, with a surface area per floor ranging from 2,173 m2 to 2,252 m2. It has an orthogonal layout that allows for wide open spaces, leaving in the center the common areas as well as the elevator and facility cores, allowing full use of the facades, increasing the energy efficiency of each space.
